Looks like soon there'll be a lot fewer nights off for
Chefs’ Night Off pop-up founders
Evan and
Sarah Rich. According to the
Inside Scoop,the husband-and-wife team - whose bona fides include
Coi, Quince and
Michael Mina between them - have signed a lease to open a brick-and-mortar location of their own in Hayes Valley. Based on reports,they’ve snagged the space at 199 Gough, which is currently home to thestill operational
Paul K restaurant. The still to be named restaurant willoffer accessible San Francisco-style food and a full liquor license. ETA islater this year, and no word yet on when Paul K is closing.
