Burger Bistro Bringing Patties to Park Slope
Park Slope carnivores will get some meaty new options when The Burger Bistro opens on March 1st. The area recently got an outpost of Bare Burger as well, so the competition is heating up in the fast-casual department. This will be the Bistro's second location - coming over from Bay Ridge, where the flagship was opened by two Morton's Steakhouse vets. The new haunt will be a pretty close replica to the original location - it's 1,000 square feet and will serve standards alongside less traditional options like ostrich and elk burgers (a weekly special highlights these unique choices). If you really want to go down the gut-bomb highway, keep an eye out for the donut burger, which features a giant beef burger stuffed between two halves of a glazed donut. Yep. The new location will be at 177 Fifth Avenue in Park Slope.
