Sugar and Champagne: An Event for Foodies and Their Dogs
Is Fido a foodie?

Pooches and the people who pamper them will cruise stations filled with sugary confections and doggy treats, sip free-flowing bubbly (and water) and mingle at the Sugar and Champagne Affair, benefiting the Washington Humane Society, held for the first time this year in the capacious International Trade Center from 7-10 PM on February 1. Top restaurants like Citronelle, Equinox, Graffiato, Marcel’s, Restaurant Eve and the Black Restaurant Group’s venues will be participating. The cost is $90 (includes your dog's admission), while a $150 VIP option offers access from 6-7:30 PM to a Chef’s Tasting Room with savories, curated cocktails and ultra-premium scotch tastings (1300 Pennsylvania Ave. NW; www.sugarandchampagne.org).
