January has turned into a month of Restaurant Week, and now Benjamin Franklin is getting into the act. Celebrating this Founding Eater's birthday, and the upcoming National Archives
exhibit illustrating his varied accomplishments,
America Eats Tavern will offer three-course Restaurant Week-style menus from January 18-February 10 ($20.12, lunch; $35.12, dinner; select wines $35 or under).
